Shipping and Processing

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after the order is placed.
  • We ship orders Monday through Friday. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times.
  • Once a tracking number is provided, the order is shipped and no longer in our possession. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, stolen, or damaged packages.

Return and Refund Policy

Buyer Responsibility:

  • The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Terms:

  • A 20% charge applies to returns.
  • Refunds are issued to your original form of payment within 1-3 business days after the returned items are received at our facility.
  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received. Items that are cut, washed, or altered are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

Return Timeline:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the order being marked as delivered. Please contact us with any questions.

Return Exceptions:

  • If the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective items), the buyer is not responsible for return shipping costs. However, shipping fees for exchanged items apply.

Order Cancellations

  • 20% charge applies to canceled orders to cover transaction expenses.

Wrong Address Policy

  • Shipments returned due to incorrect or non-deliverable addresses will incur the following:
  • Customers will be contacted once the package is received. They can choose to have it reshipped (customer assumes shipping costs) or processed as a return (less original shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee).
  • If no response is received within 7 days, the order will be treated as a return.
  • If the USPS imposes additional fees for the return, these fees will be deducted from any potential refund or added to the reshipping cost.

Disclaimer

  • Buyers assume full responsibility for safely using our products. Products should not be used with small children left unattended.
